Privacy Policy
Effective date: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what information AI Marketing Coach collects when you use the AI Account Strategist, how that information is used, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are
AI Marketing Coach is the operator of the AI Account Strategist and is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy.
AI Marketing Coach is operated by K. Sodhi, who is the data controller for personal information processed through this service.
Privacy contact: aimarketingcoachglobal@gmail.com
2. Information you provide
We collect information you provide when you create and use the service, such as:
- Account and authentication data: your email address and authentication/session information needed to create your account, verify access and keep you signed in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider as part of the sign-in process and are not stored by us in readable form.
- Target-account information: target account name, website, priority, geography, notes and context you enter, together with information about your own company, what you sell and your core value proposition.
- Usage and product data: the accounts you manage, analyses you run, generated strategy outputs and any feedback you submit.
- Support correspondence: messages you send us by email.
3. Information from other sources
The AI Account Strategist may use publicly available information about target accounts and relevant individuals as part of its research and analysis. This may include information from company websites, public reports, news sources and other publicly available business information.
4. AI processing and AI credits
Account analyses are generated using AI models provided by OpenAI. When you run an analysis, information needed to generate that analysis — such as your target-account details and your own company context — is sent to OpenAI for processing.
We keep records of your AI-credit balance and usage so we can apply complimentary, included monthly and top-up credits correctly.
5. Payment information
Subscription payments and AI-credit top-up purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details.
Stripe provides us with limited information needed to manage your account, such as your subscription plan, subscription status, renewal or cancellation state, completed top-up purchases and a customer reference so we can apply the correct plan and credits to your account.
6. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the product, including:
- OpenAI, which processes information required to generate account analysis and strategy outputs.
- Cloud infrastructure, authentication and database providers, which support application operation and data storage.
- Stripe, which processes subscription payments, AI-credit top-up purchases and billing.
We use established service providers to support the operation of the product. These providers process information as necessary to provide their services, under their own terms, policies and applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your target-account data to train our own models.
7. How we use information
We use information:
- To provide the AI Account Strategist, including running analyses and displaying your account strategy.
- To authenticate you and keep your workspace secure.
- To apply plan entitlements, account limits, AI-credit balances and rate limits.
- To manage subscriptions, top-up purchases, billing and cancellations.
- To diagnose faults, maintain reliability and improve the product.
- To respond to support requests and send essential service notices.
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations where required.
8. Lawful bases for processing
Where applicable, we process personal information:
- To provide and administer the service and fulfil our agreement with you.
- For our legitimate interests, such as securing, maintaining and improving the service and preventing misuse.
- Where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
- With your consent, where consent is required for a particular use.
9. International data processing
Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, that processing is subject to the provider’s own terms, policies and applicable legal obligations.
10. Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and target-account information for as long as needed to provide the service, including where an account is inactive or locked but remains available for later reactivation. Analysis history is retained so you can see how an account strategy has developed over time.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and secure access to the service.
Protected customer content is encrypted before it is stored. The service decrypts that content when required to provide the service to you, for example to display your account strategy or run an analysis.
Access to customer content is restricted. Administrative and support activity does not involve routine viewing of your account content; access is limited to what is necessary to operate, secure or support the service, such as resolving an issue you raise with us.
Other measures include access controls, secure handling of sensitive operations, and encryption in transit where supported by the services we use. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The service may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to support security, authentication and core application functionality. These technologies are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and, where applicable, to receive certain personal information in a portable format.
You can update most account information directly in the product using Edit account, and manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal.
You can also contact us to exercise any applicable data-protection rights.
If you are in the UK and have concerns about how your personal information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
